Join Tracey for a deep relaxation workshop. The workshop will begin with around 20 minutes of gentle movement and then a few moments will be set aside to come up with your specific intention/goal setting. Participants will then set up "cozy nests" which will be used for an extended period of time in savasana. During that time a guided nidra session and sound bath will be enjoyed. Various metal and crystal singing bowls, panda/tongue drum and a few other instruments will be used. The practice of yoga nidra is used to guide participants into a state of deep relaxation while still remaining conscious. It is like a salve to our often overstimulated central nervous system, and is considered a full system of yoga to assist you in connecting with inner peace and improving sleep. Some use it routinely to improve creativity and productivity as well. Come experience the benefits for yourself.
